Customers have the right to request a return within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact us via email at:

and provide:

- Reason for return
- List of items to be returned
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the Buyer receives:
- A defective product
- A damaged item
- An incorrect product
PowerSolvix, MB will, at its own expense:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a full refund
3. Non-Defective Returns
If the Buyer wishes to return goods of satisfactory quality:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer
